These Terms of Sale explain how paid BimBeau Privacy Analytics Pro purchases are handled.
Merchant of Record¶
BimBeau Privacy Analytics Pro licenses are sold through Freemius, our authorized Merchant of Record.
Freemius is responsible for the checkout flow and for processing payments, applicable taxes, invoices, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refund processing for paid BimBeau Privacy Analytics Pro licenses.
By purchasing BimBeau Privacy Analytics Pro, you may also be required to accept the applicable Freemius checkout terms, buyer terms, and product license terms displayed during checkout or in the Freemius customer area.
What BimBeau Privacy Analytics provides¶
BimBeau Privacy Analytics / BimBeau remains responsible for the development, maintenance, documentation, and support of the BimBeau Privacy Analytics software product, subject to the applicable license terms and the plan you purchased.
Paid features, license limits, support access, and update access depend on the plan, billing cycle, and license configuration shown at checkout.
Prices, taxes, and invoices¶
Prices are displayed on the pricing page and in the Freemius checkout.
Freemius may calculate and add applicable taxes depending on your country, region, billing details, and customer type.
Invoices and payment receipts are issued through Freemius and can be managed from the Freemius customer portal.
Subscriptions and renewals¶
If you purchase a recurring subscription, renewals are handled by Freemius according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
You can manage eligible subscriptions, billing details, invoices, downloads, and licenses through the Freemius customer portal.
Cancellations¶
Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals according to the terms shown by Freemius.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments unless the purchase qualifies under the applicable refund policy.
Refunds¶
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and the refund terms configured for BimBeau Privacy Analytics Pro in Freemius.
